The team encourages open communication, and I have always felt comfortable expressing my idea and concerns. Regular performance evaluation is done and we provided with feedback on a timely basis.

Dislikes

They have started being strict towards the dress code of management personnel.

The actual work culture and environment here at Bonami are pretty good especially for me as I am still a college student and there is no pressure of work on me with Saturdays and Sundays off which helps me get my schedule in place and cope with my studies.

Dislikes

Sometimes the long working hours can be a factor for getting tired but is manageable as it happens rarely.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
