At Bombay Blokes i learnt a new things, effects, Creativity. People are like family. Everyone are very friendly. Even Our Sir's are very politely, kind hearted, fun etc. We have team outings also. I have finished my one year in Bombay Blokes. But I miss Bombay Blokes family.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Dislikes

There is a reason why people leave the company in one year, think twice no, Think 100 times before working there. Toxic work culture, they will act like your friends (the bosses) but they just want their employees to work as labours. Their dinner was pizza for Diwali and bonus was literally small pieces of brownie, And nothing else.They deduct their employees salary for stupid reasons, they are very good at spoiling festivals, imagine deducting salaries without even a warning during Diwali, even if the employee works honestly & completes all the deadline on time. And these people my friend will act like the sweetest people on earth. Thank God I have better options. But best of luck to you if you are thinking to join there.
