There is nothing to like in this company, this is the worst startup ever, there is no job security and they follow hire and fire policy. At the time of hiring, they do false promises and once you get into the system you will come to know how pathetic this company is. Initially, they will be very sweet to you and after few days you will seethe true colors of the CEO of the company. They continuously harass you by saying that your performance is not good even if your performance is good and they keep on harassing you until you resign. And once you resign they ask you to buyout 2 months notice period and would try hard to take 2 months salary to provide your documents. There is no work life balance, no growth opportunities, no work satisfaction but only cheap office politics. Salary gets credited on 7th of every next month. Don't say yes to mental harassment by joining this company. The CEO of this company is a double standard guy. There is no point of talking about the appraisals because you won't be able to complete one year because they will kick you off before it. There is a lot of micro management, they monitor each and every minutes of yours and they really don't forget to disturb you when you are on leave. **DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION** But if you have decided to join this company even after reading this review then beware of CEO of this company and do not forget to write the review of this company once they kick you off....Read More
