No Job security , Some of doing politics, Work Environment is not good because BU head (Dairy)do not have capability to handle the team & doing fake commitment .No good culture to talk within the team .Even Harashing the people to give threat of job & transfers . Even targets do not distribution is wrong .

As per my working I was doing my working in right manners , because I my family was 600km far from my Hq . I am going to Home on holiday or week end because till nov. 5 days week .BU head harass me why you go to Home on week end & he is cancel that in nov
