This company is very bad. They don't have humanity for workers. BDM are being treated as labour here. Management most of the people from small companies so thinking capacity also small. Tey give very less salary for bdm and also find loop to deduct incentives. They always demotivate people. They forced to do unethical work towards sales. Dont go to this company.

Your asm is a concern,they are taking all support from higher management,no such pressure from higher management but they behave brutally to there team member it's pure barbarism.But every asm is not same.other wise the company is so good.
