Salary and promotions are not as good, you have to work harder and same time you have to be visible on managment eyes then probably will get good hike and promotions, as If I talk about personally I work hard and also get good ratings from my lead but in appraisal from it changes to average so I have assumed my visibilty is less due to work from home so I get very less increment. Good facilities, no in-out time boundation from HR.
Dislikes
Not worth it. They just offer you good food, so called good work environment, make fake promises for appraisals and give a count of multiple perks. No job security at all, they just look every employee as an intern even if you are a full time. A pathetic experience of my life. Team lead can force you to come immediately office and want that you spend your time in office as long as you can.
