Nothing. Too much work. Too little pay. Weekly off is on Monday and then too you have to work.

Dislikes

Too much work. No appreciation. No benefit. Work on weekly off (Monday) Bad culture and management.

Always overworked and tired. Not even 10 minutes to live life. Everyone shouts at you for no reason. And no respect for leaves or time off.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
