It's a good company for beginners. They will through you in tough situations. You need to work under pressure with tight TDC. Career growth opportunities are limited. Company has reduced it's manpower. Applied pay cut. Taking health precautions.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Pay scale. Working culture, you need to have a "yes boss" kind of mind frame.

Site incharge for Punjab and Chandigarh. Looked after Punbus, Haryana Roadways and other private VOLVO operators. Handled a team of 14 technicians.
