Work life Balance is too good. Friendly colleagues and senior management Mandatory two weeks leave should be taken yearly once. Apart from this many 35 yearly leaves will be given Yearly bonus will be given based on your performance and minimum 8% hike is ther even for average performer

Dislikes

For fresher bnp is not a good place you cannot learn many things here. I have seen 4 years Java developers who started career in bnp don't even know the basic core Java concepts they will just use stack overflow and finish their tasks Management won't care about ur learning or concerns and comparing to market status they are paying less only for their employees

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
