Likes

People work in xylos. Systems used are outdated in HR. No scope of learning new things as there is a lot of manual work involved and there is no work life balance. Unprofessional comments and dialogue exchange was commonly heard on the floor. Respect to colleagues was missing all the time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
