Everything, very bad management, extremely ego oriented, not a good people to work. I have made a terrific decision of coming here. Please revise your thoughts about this organisation, it's a not a good one as they way it get projected outside.

No proper hike, Micro management of managers, favouratism, giving good hike and promotion only to the favourite person who say yes to whatever wrong things said by manager, no feedback taken by managers in a positive way. if you try to correct them in any process that may hurt their ego and the grudges will be kept forever.

If someone is skilled enough to navigate there is nothing negative about the company. They have made life of many individuals who are successful with them or are the ex employees.

Company culture better than most of the banks and hybrid model is 50 50

Some of the benefits which peers are giving like paternity leaves and work from outside of location is not an issue as long as you complete your office days, whereas in BNP it is limited to just 15 days a year which is a big letdown

The situation is contingent upon departmental resources; with numerous departments, we were wprked with FRESH DEPT, this presents a challenge.if you hard work there won't appreciate.
