The work culture is very bad, with no systematic processes and a toxic environment. The management is poor, and HR department is extremely unprofessional. HR representative Priyanka Das is most toxic employee in BMW Industries. She continuously manipulates senior HR personnel to interfere with every employees. This is the worst company i ever seen in my life,The work calture is horrible there have no special or any increment if you work here almost 11 to 12 years your salary go up to 16k. Even hr department not provide you ,your important documents, so if anyone see this please away to this company.A GET salary start from 10k in this situation .
