Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

In contrast, employees who contribute little to the company’s success receive regular salary hikes—sometimes two or three times a year. This disparity creates a toxic work environment where motivation dwindles, and morale plummets. The HR department appears to be deeply entrenched in office politics, prioritizing favoritism over fair practices.
