Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Teammates-when you self select the team than its perfect team. Training- Nil Job Security-most of them are fawns over.if you are than no when will skip/replace you. Career Growth:- the guy who is working form them since 4-5 or say 7-8 year he is still in the same positing. so the growth is ZERO. Salary/Appraisal- no Appraisal nothing again if you are fawns over then your you will get the got numbers. Politics- I must say "Kuch nikammo ko is company me sirf isliye rakhagaya hai taaki wo dusro ko nikamma bol sake". This guys have potential to replace our politicians, all guys are superb. Learning-Nil Work Environment-Pathetic Innovation- Nil Work-life Balance-Nil etc-or haa kuch logo ko sirf isliye rakaha gaya hai taaki wo apni frustration dusro par nikale. or kuch to sirf apney liye dulhan talastey hai. or wo naamiley to uski life HELL bana dete hai....Read More
