The culture at Blupine is extremely bad. The HR passes negative feedback about former employees to their future employers thus attempting to jeopardize their career. No confidentiality is maintained by the team and everyone's compensation or personal issues are disclosed and discussed with other employees. Once you leave the organization the ongoing stress is overwhelming. The management remains silent on these issues thus leaving employees to deal with the HR's oppressive management style with no recourse....Read More

Additionally, there appears to be favouritism in the allocation of available parking spaces, as they are often reserved for select individuals by the HR department, bypassing those who have been waiting. Additionally, there have been breaches of confidentiality at Blupine, where employees’ salaries were disclosed, causing discomfort among employees. There are also concerns about how the company handles payments. For example, a former colleague did not receive his full salary in his final settlement.
