There and many things I dislike about the company.. 1)Bluetree is completely filled with politics, you are a dear to the manager and do all her/his works, then you're awarded. You take a stand for yourself, then they degrade you. 2) very poor hike.. You must justify yourself by giving them 1000 reasons on why you work hard and they would still find faults in you and deduct you hike 3) very bad work environment. 4) work life balance is next to impossible for freshers in Bluetree because they won't allow you. 5) no transportation facility at any cost.. Even if they posy women to work late nights. 6) no respect for coworkers....Read More
