My Try at Home Department Area Manager is very friendly and very helpful but now I'm in Store the Store manager is good but the working culture of overall is not up to the mark.

Dislikes

They don't think much about their employees and want them to work for them very passionately the upper management don't listen to you. They not reply back to the emails on time.

Culture is very toxic, there is no job security, only one power has all the powers in the management. Pathetic work culture - the company has multiple loopholes in its system but they also need a scapegoat for blaming. Pathetic work environment, very draining
