My Try at Home Department Area Manager is very friendly and very helpful but now I'm in Store the Store manager is good but the working culture of overall is not up to the mark.

They don't think much about their employees and want them to work for them very passionately the upper management don't listen to you. They not reply back to the emails on time.

Performance never counts, only manager rules, even HR goes by manager only, Incase worked previously in Mellora all superior positions will be given without meeting the basis KPI or KRA reason manager worked there previously, even 7-8 years seniors are in same position
