Working at Bluebash as an Associate Software Developer has been great. The work environment is excellent, and everyone is very supportive. The mentoring is superb, and there are many opportunities to grow and learn. The company environment is friendly and encouraging.

1. Because of bond employee are working. 2. HR is not supportive, never talk or think in employee's favour because of family relation with management. 3. Policies are made only for company's benefits, they do not consider employee's values. 4. For management, employee are just like cheap labour. I advice to management If they reallythink and proud on their policy, just remove the bond, you will get the real image of bluebash. 1. Like the way they lies and deduct major part from salaries. 2. Good thing is no one complains about salary structure and other unwanted deductions. 3. Leave encashments.

Daily discussion meeting with non-technical person ( project coordinator), team lead or mentor should also there. 6. Card recharges never done on time. 7. No paid leaves from company's side. 8. Vacation fund is deducted from ctc, but company still wants employee to pay for trips, otherwise no trips. 9. Company is not employee friendly. 10. 1. Management always say 'be positive', but they always think negative for employee. Ex: Why employee are enjoying, Give more work load, How many time employee takes breaks, etc. 2. Good work culture and Teammates are supportive. You get chance to learn from people having 7-8 years experience and work closely with them CEO and CTO interacts with the teammates as well and are very cooperative.
