Working at Bluebash as Associate Software Developer has been great. The work culture is amazing and everyone is very supportive . The mentoring is excellent and their is many opportunity for the growth and learning. The company culture is friendly and encouraging.

Seniors ( only a few are there as the company doesn't have an employee retention policy ) are there to help.

1. Worst salary structure ( Approx 15 to 20% of CTC is variable pay ) 2. Paid leaves are just a dream here. 3. A lot of pictures on the internet regarding trips but no long trips for 2.5 years. Advice to management: 1. Project managers should be technically sound enough to understand the requirements from the developers' point of view. 2. Give Benefits that are being marketed over google ( at least one trip per year ) 3.
