It's best company for me now a days because it helped me in bad days and managements are very supportive transparent. And they gives us such a good amount of salary.

Management is not good at all, which department is dedicated for which task it's very confusing in BTC. Direct interferences in store operations by management, which is makes negative impact on store environment. Cafe manager is just a post, Cafe manager can't take direct actions. Even Schedule making also taking by senior management. Most amezing people's lives a mission of impossible work.

They compensate their staff well at various levels of leadership and general structure hierarchy. Work life balance in most departments is optimal and you're never pushed out of your comfort zone

Extremely dis-regulated leadership that provides no direction for growth or mentorship. The professional or personal development has to be taken up by employees themselves because the leaders at senior positions do not have any experience in grooming or people management. Hard work is measured on feelings of your manager rather thansubstantial measurable data from your performance reviews and appraisals. I got a lot of knowledge about coffees. HK also gets promotions in Blue Tokai. This is the same thing about Blue Tokai. Blue Tokai is the best company for a beginner or an experienced person. In my opinion, the best experience I got was from Blue Tokai because I got to know a lot about coffees.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't feel was that the employees were not listened to or the employees were misunderstood. It may be heard by the managers that the manager has misbehaved with the employees but he has filed a complaint against the wrongful employees.

Employees currently as on April 2024 face several challenges. While hard work is expected, recognition seems lacking. A lack of trust in existing employees creates a barrier to feel integrated or trustworthy. office politics and favoritism lead to stressful, competitive and unhealth environment. Unrealistic expectations are compounded by lack of clear goals and direction at the start of the year, making success impossible or difficult. Performance reviews heavily scrutinize work with limited, unbalanced feedback throughout the year. Finally, a focus on investor interests or investment collection overshadows employee well being, leading to disengagement. Inconsistencies between what's communicated and reality are disorienting and erode trust.
