The professional or personal development has to be taken up by employees themselves because the leaders at senior positions do not have any experience in grooming or people management. I got a lot of knowledge about coffees. HK also gets promotions in Blue Tokai. This is the same thing about Blue Tokai. Blue Tokai is the best company for a beginner or an experienced person. In my opinion, the best experience I got was from Blue Tokai because I got to know a lot about coffees.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't feel was that the employees were not listened to or the employees were misunderstood. It may be heard by the managers that the manager has misbehaved with the employees but he has filed a complaint against the wrongful employees.
