Poor work life balance. Ask to work after office hours & on holidays. When going on leave, ask to carry laptops & request to connect for about 10-15 mins. But in reality, Zoom call goes for hours.

Dislikes

No holiday, No Sunday, 12+ hour duty hours, zero increment, zero growth, work life balance will be smashed here. I recommend site engineer specifically who are coming through third party shouldn't join this company, management will make your life hell.

the work culture is worst in bluestar...the senior management treat employees as dogs and the language of seniors are very poor and bad...they abuse the employees even after working day and night...no weekends and you have to work on Sundays also...no holidays and no leaves were approved.. please dont join in the hope of good future there's no carrier growth.. management just do politics💯
