There are some good Skill Development programs but your boss needs to approve them.

Dislikes

Bad work culture full of politics and favouritism. HR is worthless and only does payroll and arranges festivities and that too not very well.

Very bad. Sometimes 1hr zoom meetings are stretched to 4-5hrs. Many times zoom meetings are scheduled on weekends without even consulting the middle management.

I had an interview scheduled with an U.K panel on 16th December 2024, the same got cancelled due to unavailability of the team just 4 hrs prior. I was informed the team will be on leave for Christmas and NewYear and will be back by 6th January 2025. It's been 2 days after that also and no communication till yet. Tried connecting with the HR, he told to bear and interview is in pipeline. Can anyone please give a clarity on the situation?
