No Job security... Top management is totally corrupted.. You need to have godfathers to survive... Top management including the MD has soft corners for women employees.. Performers and hard-working males employees are fired but the women employees have an extra edge and they survive at ease. HR is the weakest.. Learned a hard lesson. Having being loyal and dedicated to the organization, but the top management doesn't have any empathy for their employees. No timely appreciations, no timely career growth. One has to beg and cry in order to get promoted. One has to have strong skills of PATIENCE. There are no real Managers to look upon and get inspired. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
