If you don't have job you can join Blue Star. Work life balance in very poor in procurement. Appraisal and Promotional process in this dept is completely biased. Don't think of working in this organization for long time span. Set KRA are fictitious and the same can't be achievable in procurement. No job aspirant should join Bluestar under Arnab Bhattacharya of procurement department, he is toxic manager who demoralizes and damages the people underneath them. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
