Generally speaking... I hate Construction or onsite job in Bluestar. Bluestar is highly responsible for there Costumer and clients requirements. They can agree easily whatever client ask for either it's a pay or without pay. Keeping this aside Life of Construction site is not balanced. We do work from 9am to 1am night when Pressure begins. I think this is general practice in most companies but Entity like Bluestar should consider his employees work life....Read More
