Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Nothing is ok with Company's particular location. No respect for your work. No appreciation no appraisal. Factory is loc. Is worst no infrastructure inside company and outside company too. Don't get trapped for this particular factory.. Rest all company is good but ask for good salary while joining and position too.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
