Everything they are strict with timing . Saturday also working and lunch time is just 30 minutes and toxic work culture. They have one single floor and people are everywhere. You can't even take a nap for few minutes. And you have to dial 120 number a day and they expect 10-20 leads and 5-10 hot leads. Toxic and too much pressure. Target are so big and unrealistic .

Please keep in mind who ever is planning to join, these guys provide month's salary on 15th of next month. Also, there is not shift timing. The usual time is 10 am to 8 pm. They are also paying less compared to the work people have to do. Better to find another place to start as a fresher.
