Toxic work environment with poor management and lack of support: work life balance here is virtually non-existent. employees are often handed tasks late on friday eve with impossible dedadlines for monday completion. Management heavily micromanages creating a culture of fear where job security feels uncertain. Many employees are either forced to resign or terminated abruptly without notice. Recognition for hard work is invisible. despite being financially stable incentives and rewards are minimal and even small bonus requires too many approvals. Employee turnover is alarmingly high. work from home policy is very restrictive and treated as if it were a leave adding to the frustration. if you are looking for growth support and healthy work life balance avoid this company . Instead of your hard work , HR here will be noticing what you are wearing and many small things and will be commenting on the same and instead of your achievements and work she will be focusing on what footwear you are wearing....Read More

Good work life balance and was great culture earlier. This has been completely deteriorated over last one year.

Company Culture has been deteriorated over last one year. CTO is not technical enough to understand technology issues. Incorrect way of people handling. No focus on people management. Product Engineering is incorrectly handled.

This company works in Supply Chain Management domain which is very unique and offers to learn a lot of things in real time. Here is fast paced atmosphere, one should be quick learner. You will get lot of support to learn and execute job given. Database exposure is biggest thing for QA, this is what teaches a lot. Product is complex but functionalities gives real time exposure into analytics. Compensation is good, one also gets other gifts than salary apart. It's an Atlanta US Product-Based Company with product in supply chain planning with 100+ clientele all over US,Norway etc with big retails stores and distributors.Still uses Asp.net Webform an older technology for their product but don't worry most of the te you gonna work with WCF services with ajax call.It's growing faster since from last two years they have opened inhouse development in India as every two-three week a new client collaborate with product.No work pressure.Mostly people work on Maintainace tickets.They are on the way to move on to latest technologies but actually it's take time to update whole product spreaded among big clients.Team mates are good.Free environment....Read More

Very less people gets appreciated for their work in terms of prizes.Partiality happened at director level to employees who work with them in separate product enhancement.Less product development strength with 15-20 Developers only.No HR department.No fun activities.42 hours calculated every week should be fulfilled else hours gets cut from your leave.12:00 pm to 9:00 - US shift timing good for US employees not for Indian employees.Very less time for break only 15 minutes each day in a week to fullfill 42 hours.Tea and evening breakfast being given but no varities....Read More
