I worked with Blue consulting for about 2.5 years and had a wonderful experience in working with Blue consulting. There is good work culture and very supportive environment. It is a very good company to start your career because it helped you to grow both professionally and personally. Talking about my experience, I learned a lot from Gaurav Sir and Chandan Sir and due this legacy of learning in Blue Consulting, me and fellow colleagues are now currently working in reputed organization in senior positions. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
