I worked with Blue consulting for about 2.5 years and had a wonderful experience in working with Blue consulting. There is good work culture and very supportive environment. It is a very good company to start your career because it helped you to grow both professionally and personally. Talking about my experience, I learned a lot from Gaurav Sir and Chandan Sir and due this legacy of learning in Blue Consulting, me and fellow colleagues are now currently working in reputed organization in senior positions . I also get a chance to closely work with clients which enhance my skills to represent the company before the clients. If I will ever get a chance , I would love to work with them again....Read More

Management is open for new suggestions. I was able to work on the ground level and participate in decisions at the same time which helped me build a unique perspective. Best organization for learning.

Its still a mediocre organization. Certain roles will result in high employee dissatisfaction. Luckily i was not in one of those positions though. Late sitting is there. I have also observed not so effective resource allocation decision making.
