I was not given job description or you can say official letter of employment and ID card on joining the company saying that there are no manpower to handle admin due to second wave of Covid..It was given after 06 months i worked .What was promised telephonically was not catered for.. Administration is very poor..I was working in Shiv Nadar University in infirmary. There were no prescription papers for 02 to 03 days and the system used to have netwrk issue .When i raised my voice regarding basic necessities like papers i was being sent a mail next day for termination of duties..And to vacate house in 01 day..This is so inhumane and incorrect ..If you have some deficiencies then it should be fulfilled and should not be taken negatively if someone is raising it .. Mismanagement and bad behaviour..Tried to defame me in front of university by saying i did not do my duties on time as i raised my voice against the unnecessary medications given by other doctor( to make more money as pharmacy as also under blue circle,irrational use of antibiotics) I had done my duties whole heartedly .Handled 80 patients of Covid wave without hospital setup in university campus single handedly and no appreciation.....Read More
