No appraisal process is in place(only on the portal) Ambiguity in plans(always next dates for funding & growth) Non-payment of salaries, yearly bonuses, PF, TDS & even food coupons(after deducting all these from salaries) Non-payments of vendor partners(drivers, bikers, vehicle owners) disturbing employee's daily life.

The CEO pocketed employees' variable pay, failed to deposit tax deducted from the salary, and didn't pay out food coupons after deducting it from the monthly salary.
