On this position we had appointed Rupali Vinay Suravkar & she worked with us only for 9 months. Before joining us, earlier she was working with Jyoti Plastics for a couple of years then she left and joined another company for short tenure of 3 months and after that again she rejoined in Jyoti Plastics. I am sharing this info so reader can get an idea about her stability and performance. While working with us; we did not find her performance up to the mark hence we extended her notice period instead of issuing termination. Time to time we arrange performance review and conveyed her positive as well as negative points for her improvement but still there was no improvement at her end. Instead of taking review discussion on positive notes; she used to end up with an arguments with team because of her egoistic nature. The point which she mentioned about Marketing Team; here we would like to clarify that project team need to work along with marketing team since they are responsible to develop new products for their customers. Secondly, she was suffering from long time medical treatment which she did not disclose at the time of joining and during her hard time we extended our support and helped her financially to take proper medical treatment. At Bloom we create healthy work environment for every individual working here and for that matter the average tenure of an employee is more that 5 to 8 years.

On this position we appointed Ankita Hemant Desai & she worked with us for 2 years. Due to her non supportive family environment & responsibilities; it was difficult for her to manage office work. We given her time flexibility also but still she was not able to meet deadlines of customers. No one in Bloom are compromising family time due to work load. All are efficient and able to complete the official task within working hours. 'Work Load' and 'No work life balance' these kind of words are being used by non performers only.
