I dislike that the increment & appraisal is not being based on the number of work hours & experience. Also that the emails take a lot of time to finish is not very convenient.

Got the job after a very long break

No job security at all. They can just remove you without any prior notice. You will be on your way to work, they will call and say it's over. Your services are no longer required and they will not pay you for that day which you travelled to go to work.

The enivornment which i work is very suitable.The timings are very flexible our team head is very coperate and help me when i need them.There are appreciation too given to me which is seen less in different companies.
