I worked in this company with honesty and dedication for two years. My wife was pregnant, and I took just two days of leave (on August 30 and 31) for her medical checkup. However, because of this leave, my director, Rohini Ahluwalia, terminated me from my job and started pressuring me to serve my notice period. Despite my repeated requests, she showed no compassion, and I was forced to leave. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
