Management will decided anything they want and will change their decision at any instant. Except teammates are supportive.. And have good Coordinating team. Good bonuses every year.. Salary on time

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in management...... Career growth and salary increment is not at that level.. Even after lot of hard work

Work Details

I did lot of improvement during this job... We always worked under a huge pressure of project deadlines and cost limits...

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
