Company policy on employees is generally ok for ex. Extra insurance during CoVID , work from home etc. Some part of the work is very niche

1. In the end is a semiconductor company, hardware is the product, software talent is not so high and may not be valued much. Some of the global hires are good but there is still a lot of sync missing and politics from both India and global sides 2. Has some very toxic people who would just get on your nerves. 3.
