Company policy on employees is generally ok for ex. Extra insurance during CoVID , work from home etc. Some part of the work is very niche

1. In the end is a semiconductor company, hardware is the product, software talent is not so high and may not be valued much. Some of the global hires are good but there is still a lot of sync missing and politics from both India and global sides 2. Has some very toxic people who would just get on your nerves. 3. Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months.
