Nothing. Total frustration. They call even Sunday and get complete their other department works as it is pure proprietorship company .No mediclaim, no insurance, No gratuity. Before you complete 5 years they remove you from the Job.

Working hours, calling and doing WhatsApp on personal cell number, doing follow up with staffs on Saturday and sunday all day &night.
