Only Team Members are good.

Dislikes

Overall Management is so Poor. Salary they provide very less (under valued). Didn't give much hike or sometimes No Hike. They will sign bond for 2 years with you. There are also issues related to project. If you leave early, there will be problems, you have to pay huge amount to them. Upper Management will not help you in this. So If you getting opportunity in this company. Don't take it. Just look another one....Read More

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologise for any dissatisfaction you’ve experienced. We continuously evaluate our compensation structure to ensure it remains competitive. Regarding the 2-year service agreement, the details were informed during the interview phase itself & salary details are clearly mentioned in the offer letter. The entire point of the 2-service agreement is so that freshers who've agreed to this, will remain with the organization for 2 years. After all, the organization invests a lot with respect to trainings, certification reimbursements as well as bonuses. We are transparent with our policies & regulations and we believe in open communication.
