I like working under my current manager as he concerned with actual output and dies not do micro management. So it's nothing to do with company, but it's all about colleagues and seniors, managers.

Dislikes

The HR policy is not that employee friendly.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
