1. There is no employee value 2. Friday off only no Saturday Sunday 3. No bus service for employees 4. Quality of food in canteen is really bad and expensive 5. Toxic work culture 6.for show only 8.5 hours but you have to work 10 hours 7. Company timing 9:30 pm to 6 pm, if you are allow late 1 min only 3 times after that half day will consider 8. Tea is free for only assistant manager and above peoples not for lower level employees 9. For Purchase no training will be organised for growth 10. If you are going from plant-1 to plant-2, you have no petrol allowance only for allowed people and rate is 6 rs/km 11. No proper sitting at office for safety of COVID norms...Read More

Very toxic nature ... only politics & seniors are not cooperative. Total manual work and not even a single task for learning .. pls stay away & no facilities provided by management like free transport , food ,or any skill development training .. Total LALA company .
