Title: Worst Company – Misleading, Unethical, and a Complete Waste of Time! BizSense is by far one of the most deceptive companies I have ever come across. They lure candidates with seemingly good offers, only to reveal later that the fixed salary is absurdly low, while the majority of the package is a fake, unreliable variable component that nobody knows if they’ll ever receive. This is nothing short of a scam. Their HR and management are dishonest and unresponsive, conveniently avoiding critical discussions and providing scripted, copy-paste explanations. And when you call them out on their tactics, they shamelessly cancel offers instead of addressing the concerns. This is not how a "reputed organization" operates—it’s how fraudsters behave. The worst part? Their so-called “reputation” is already in shambles—just check Glassdoor and AmbitionBox, and you’ll see a pattern of similar complaints. 1) Learning is great and ceo will help you every day he took daily standup meet where he actually solve your problem if you got blocked in some particular thing for more than 2 days 2) mentors will not teach you they will gives you only glimpse you have to do by own as I said if you got stuck they will help you 3) if your took your spare time to learn new technology then you also can get the opportunity to work on that tech . They will provide you opportunity 4) They use azure devops for for project management compay has automation and dot net MVC technologies. 1) working hours is 8 hours and sandwich leave if you took leave on Monday or sat then they will deduct 2 leave instead of 1 leave 2) IT support are worst not give the resources (need for development ) on time and rude behaviour from senior IT support 3) stories(requirment descriptions are not proper) for development is not prope r . Very bad experience. The work culture here is pathetic. The policies are very bad, it feels like jail. There are hidden policies of commitment pay which are tild on the day of joi ing and not before or in offer letter. The offer letter is also not sent via email and given in printed format(looks ver unprofessional). The notice period is of 3+ months which is pathetic and salary is not given in those 3 months of serving notice. After seving full notice period too there are salary cuts . Its so pathetic. Please never join this company. No benefits. No perks, no concept of casual or sick leave and leaves are also very less. Pathetic company, do not ever join this company. They monitor your work every 10 minutes and ping you if you are not completing mandatory hours. Feels so restricted and productivity goes down. The HR here is a joke in the name of HRs....Read More
