Do not expect anything from this company. If you think that you will promoted or will your salary increase, please take this thing out of your mind. Because there are so many company tablespoons here. This company has two process, First one is SDE and the second is OPG. and I Have been working here for 3 years and i did not get anyincrement in these 3 years and when we talked about increment, the company said that if you work in the next 10 years, then your salary will be the same and the biggest thing is that no senior will support you for your growth and one more thing, there are 3 rotational shift in this company Morning, Mid and Night and now they work most Night shift During Work-From-Home and now the company has become a permanent work from home And those who have written well about the company are the biggest tablespoons....Read More

Do not expect appraisal will be good for you after doing your work sincerely int his company. I have 2 years experience and I was a editor in 2018 and promoted to QA in 2019. My Quality teamates worked so good for this company but in return we got no salary incriment no growth at all. Suggest you to please do not Join SDE team thus this company has 2 franchise. Good luck.
