You get good incentive, you can take breaks any time, you get cab, sometimes like on Diwali and Christmas party is thrown (pizza and snacks and cold drinks thats it, dont expect much)

Almost everything is worse. Lets start from beginning, 1. Interview - interviewed by HR and operations. HR is fine but operation guy tries to intimidate during interview and you get nervous. The experience never remains pleasing. 2. Salary Negotiation - They don't negotiate much. Their range is narrow. So, don't expect much if you are from non-IT field. I was under the impression that I will get at least 30% hike but ended up joining on almost same salary. 3. Joining - You get called in at least one or two hours earlier, no one attends you. No welcome gesture or welcome kit ( which good companies provide). You get the joining letter almost 3 weeks later which you should have on the same or next day. 4. Training - This is worst part. Pathetic, I would say. In the name of training you are taught only 40% out of 100% . Rest, you learn when you make mistakes and get scolded in a very rude way. 5. Lack of soft skills - People here are totally alien to the concept of soft spoken skills. Rude and disrespectful toward any age group. 6. No SOP - There is no SOP. My previous manager was really good at encapsulating and absorbing the company's toxicities. Currently, my manager has no IQ and no EQ. There is no growth environment, personally or professionally. Even when you're working on a good project, you won't learn much as the leadership has no idea about what's required or what's good.

I am a physically challenged in this company and I have never ever found any challange in the organization on the contrary Manager, Deepak Tyagi is such a nice human being. I have seen him going to employee's family death rituals and going to hospital to look after. This is called truly employee centric companies. I have worked in many big organizations in the past these companies are employee centric only on paper just to show thier brand value off the paper these companies are like dictator. This company is not good for the people who do not like work otherwise everything is excellent here. -Biz2Credit is following hire and fire strategy. Management forces employees to resign or else blackmails to issue termination letter. This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company.
