I like about my company is the culture and positive circumference in my company. Every employee having strong engagement is because the activity we have in our company. Also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Food: They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. There is also a arrangement of food for fasting people. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
