One of the directors is not at all professional..he doesn't know how to behave with the employees uses derogatory words for female also for other employees..worst working environment..zero job security..treat it's employees as they are not working in the company but treat as a house help..The director is so mean and rude that he doesn't even consider and tries to argues and poke all the employees unnecessarily to creat a bad environment..If someone is willing to join..join at your risk for your mental health...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
