Its a small organization so communication is easier as the hierarchy is smaller Friendly environment Good Connectivity for travel.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There were some senior employees whom I was able to make friendship with and also they were quite supportive assisting me a lot in the doubts that used to occur during my training period

Dislikes

Everything apart from the like that I have mentioned. Horrible training, no good work culture, trainer provided us with very little knowledge and zero support in clearing doubts, no proper agendas or goals set, no job security.
